What I think

 the government is forcing the building of housing that caters to the poor, seniors and persons of color. Discriminatory much? And don't we already have laws that forbid discrimination against anyone searching for housing? So, I am confused as to why new mandates are needed. 

 oh no! tariffs! Prices going up! Again, people going nuts about something that has not happened yet. Guess they have forgotten how high prices have gone up in the last 4 years.
