What I think

 Not sure what the point is of political advertising. Every day we get stacks of expensive paper coved with pretty pictures and either promises that we know can't be kept or criticisms of someone's opponents. I toss them right in recycling. TV ads are even more ridiculous. You see and ad for one person criticizing his opponent and the very next commercial is that opponent criticizing the first guy.  Who cares. I would rather see the money wasted on advertising going to a food bank or a teacher. Better to put a blurb in the voter pamphlet that the tax payers already pay for. Tell us all the things you want to do and leave out all the crap about how awful the other guy is.

 How should the leader of a free country behave? He should shut his big mouth and get tax payer dollars out of other countries. He should start pumping our own oil, lower gas prices, refilling the national reserve and then sell the rest to other countries. He should follow the laws we already have. Close the borders. Stop spending more tax payer money on non americans and people who are not paying into the system, It can't really be that hard. The rules are already laid out, just follow them. And then your own country will be less disgusted with you and other countries will think you are a hero.

 In Target over the weekend a man wearing a face mask left with a cart full of products. The security guard tried to stop him. He talked to him. Did not touch him or the cart. And the guy left the store. Between the fact that OR is a pro crime state and Target can just pass the loss on to the consumer there is really no point in saying you have security. I guess it does keep someone employed but other than that there is no reason for a security person.
